Friends,
There’s something about the regeneration of spring that can remind us that even in places that appear barren or uncertain, God is already at work, quietly creating new life. Isaiah’s words this week invite us deeper: they encourage us to trust that God’s creativity and renewal are not limited to the seasons of nature, but extend into the hidden seasons of our hearts, our relationships, and our communities.
Perhaps you’re wrestling with uncertainties, holding sorrow, or feeling stuck in places that seem unable to change. Yet God’s promise of new life gently nudges us: even in the midst of barrenness, something new is beginning. This week, take a moment to pause and ask yourself, “Where might God be inviting me to notice new growth—within and around me?” You might find it in a restored relationship, a renewed hope, a surprising moment of compassion, or a quiet sense of peace.
Come this Sunday as we listen, look, and nurture together, all the new life that God is planting in us.
Can’t wait to see you Sunday! I’ll save you a seat!
