Friends,
Do you ever feel like life has you wandering through a desert—longing deeply for something that truly satisfies? You're definitely not alone. In fact, scripture this Sunday offers us an oasis on our wilderness journey:
“Come, everyone who thirsts, come to the waters; and you who have no money, come, buy and eat!” (Isaiah 55:1)
This Sunday, we'll explore what it means to accept that invitation—to drink from a deeper well, a place where we find genuine nourishment for our thirsty souls, especially in times that can feel spiritually dry.
I think its so important that we are hearing about this desire for nourishment just as we step into a new season in the world. Spring is here, with its promise of renewal! To help mark it, we are celebrating Nowruz, the ancient festival marking the Persian New Year and the joyful arrival of spring. Roya, Farhad, and Elena cant wait to share with all of us more about this beautiful festival.
Come as you are, whether hopeful, weary, or simply curious—there is space for you. Yes, even you.
I’ll save you a seat
