Friends,

We're now fully inside the story of Holy Week—a story that moves from table, to cross, to tomb, and beyond. Tomorrow evening, we'll gather quietly to share in Jesus' last meal with his friends. On Good Friday, we'll pause beneath the shadow of the cross and hear again those haunting, hopeful words: "It is finished" (John 19:30).

I've been reflecting on how those three words aren't just an ending; they're an opening—a promise that the hardest things we carry don't get the last word. They remind us that the weight we bear, the struggles we face, and even the fear that sometimes holds us are met and held by a love that refuses to leave us where we are.

Then, on Easter morning at sunrise, we'll come together again on the rocks to greet a living hope—one that's real, tangible, and invites us into something entirely new. Come just as you are. Bring whatever you’re carrying. This hope is strong enough to hold it all.

Come and take these last steps with me this weekend, into the very heart beat of hope made tangible.

I’ll save you a seat.
