Here at St. Francis-in-the-Wood Church we also have two particular financial ways of 'Loving our Neighbours' and supporting our local community, in addition to extra ways that may happen during the year.

NIFTY THRIFTY CHARITY SHOPPING:  Nifty Thrifty is a wonderful way for meeting your neighbours and being green by repurposing and recycling items. We accept donations of high-quality and gently used treasures for gifts, for cupboard or closet, for home and 'nice to have' items for the purchasers.  At least four times each year a Charity Shopping Event is open to the public in the adjacent Caulfeild Cove Hall.   Proceeds from these Events are passed to local charities.  Keep an eye on this website and www.caulfeildcovehall.ca for dates of these Events.

THE LEGACY FUND:  This Fund manages gifts that come to St. Francis through testamentary bequests and testamentary trusts. It is managed by trustees.   More information is here
