This event has already occurred
This is a simple non-eucharistic service where you are invited to receive the sacrament of laying on hands with prayer for healing - for yourself or for someone you wish to pray for.
We are all part of suffering and broken humanity, we are all therefore in need of healing in some way.
This sacrament is offered in a contemplative atmosphere of words and music, prayer and reflection.
All are invited but none are compelled to come forward for the laying on of hands by fellow parishioners and clergy who will pray a simple prayer along the lines of:
May the God who made you,
make you whole
in body, mind and spirit;
give you light and peace,
and keep you in life eternal. Amen.
